mechanical, electrical & plumbing work. New fire sprinklers, soffits & walls separating the kitchen area
from the new food pickup & cashier counter. New millwork for all counters & sheet metal finish at
countertops. New reclaimed wood wall cladding, high TV monitors & seating. Open ceiling throughout
seating & bar areas to include new black cap sheets on insulation, exposed spiral ducting & pipes. New
signage with lights at open ceiling soffit & exterior.
