stucco exterior cladding, windows, doors, painted trims, soffits, roofing & fascia. Wood flooring at
interior, bathroom wall & floor tiles, kitchen wall tiles, new recessed ceiling lights. All electric
appliances including tankless water heater, forced air unit & condenser.
