SSA, INC. remodeled this multi-family property (2 attached residential units) to incorporate new finishes both exterior and interior, new windows and doors, new partitions, ceiling & lighting. The interior was completely re-designed to accommodate an open layout between the living, bedroom and kitchen areas. New bathrooms and storage areas were incorporated within each until to allow for additional tenant storage.
The design uses energy-efficient lighting and heating systems, sustainable flooring, energy efficient appliances, and both units are now market-ready for rental.
