The project scope includes complete remodel of the building to create an open workspace, flexible office layout. New paint, lighting & polished concrete flooring throughout the interior. New storefront glass entries w/ signage & new exterior paint and lighting. New restroom cores and break area.

The design uses energy-efficient lighting and heating systems. Addition of an enclosed garage area allows additional usable space. Open High ceilings with exposed wood truss creates a larger volume and allows abundant natural light. New roof & three roll-up doors add to the industrial character of this building.
