SSA created design concepts highlighting the entries and amenity areas to create interest to this multi-story office building.

Our design uses large slatted raw steel frame “boxes” at the various entries along with signage and wood feature/ accent walls and wood slat soffits. Various amenity areas are created along the entries including at the terrace areas and the rear enclosed podium area. New concrete flatwork at the entries along with decking wood at the amenity areas provide an even surface for lounge seating and other collaborative furniture.

Green and metal screens separate the rear amenity area from the existing parking area. New exterior paint, raw steel features, planters, wood and concrete benches as accent elements tie the facades together with the landscape.
