The project scope includes addition of a new roof deck and rectangular walkable skylight at the first floor. New paint throughout the exterior and interior and new concrete flatwork design at the entries. New soffits and lighting at both entries and new signage at the main entry.

The entire structure at the ground floor was left exposed to highlight the existing and new wood framing. New linear pendant lights were added creating a bright and vibrant lobby/ corridor.

The design uses energy-efficient lighting and heating systems and by enclosing the existing lobby/ corridor, usable area was added to the building that allows for flexible office and/ or open cubicle arrangements. Addition of the new roof deck allows for a usable outdoor amenity area for the building.
